Britta Lauthers has Pop Sonality!

💥 ¿Quién eres? Mi nombre es Britta Lauthers, soy de Estocolmo, Suecia. Entré en el collage casi que por accidente hace un par de años y aquí estoy hoy, adicta a este fascinante medio, siempre pensando en el collage de una forma u otra.

¿Qué haces? Soy una artista de collage analógico, también una coleccionista de papel y todo tipo de cosas que pueden ser útiles en mi práctica. Soy muy aficionada al papel viejo y las revistas. Me gusta probar diferentes enfoques de mi trabajo para aprender tanto como sea posible. Me gusta mucho la parte de búsqueda del collage.

Influencias e inspiración: podría nombrar a muchos artistas famosos en busca de inspiración, pero mi mejor inspiración que puedo obtener es, con mucho, de mis compañeros artistas en IG. La comunidad ofrece una gran variedad de artistas y obras. Es fabuloso, me inspira mucho y espero que mi trabajo también pueda inspirar a la gente. También me inspiro en la naturaleza, la sociedad, y desde luego mi propia mente y experiencias. 

💥 Who are you? My name is Britta Lauthers, I am from Stockholm, Sweden. I fell into collage by accident a couple of years ago and here I am today, addicted to this fascinating media, always thinking of collage in one way or another.

What do you do? I am a analog collage artist, also a collector of paper and all kind of stuff that can be useful in my practice. I am extra fond of old paper and magazines.  I like to try different approach to my work in order to learn as much as possible. I like the searching part of collage making a lot. 

Influences and inspiration: I could name many famous artists for inspiration but my absolutely best inspiration I can get is by far from fellow artists  at IG. The community offers such a wide spread of artists and work. It’s fabulous, it inspires me so much and I hope my work can be inspirational to people too. I also get inspiration from nature, the society and of course my own mind and experiences.
