🍓 ¿Quién eres? Soy Bea Calzadilla, una mujer afortunada de ser quién soy gracias a lo que he vivido, de las personas que he conocido, y de poder expresarme con mis capturas.

¿Qué haces? Aprendo constantemente a contar historias y transmitir buenas sensaciones a través de mi gran pasión, la fotografía, siendo siempre yo misma mientras miro, veo y siento cada instante. El retrato y el fotoperiodismo, mis dos angulares.


Influences and inspiration: Mi mayor inspiración, el amor en todas sus manifestaciones y la vida. Como influencias destacaría a Sally Mann, Steven McCurry, Peter Lindberg, Andrés Gutiérrez y Pablo Durango.

🍓 Who are you? I am Bea Calzadilla. I consider myself a lucky woman being who I am thanks to what I have lived through and experienced, the people I know, and to be able to express myself with my captures.


What do you do? I am constantly learning to tell stories and transmit good feelings through my great passion: photography. I’m always being myself while I’m looking at, loyal to myself in the way I see and feel every moment. The portrait and photojournalism are my two cornerstones.


Influences and inspiration: My greatest inspirations are love in all its manifestations, and life. As influences I would highlight Sally Mann, Steven McCurry, Peter Lindberg, Andrés Gutiérrez and Pablo Durango.

How does it make you feel to see what you know is a good motif for a photograph?  Dimitra Kitsiou: I keep seeing “photos” and “frames” everywhere.  Frequently, I see the “frame” first and then the reality as if everything exists to end up in a photo.  Perversion? Maybe!
