🎄 Manolis Lioudakis has the Pop Sonality!

Imagen
🎄 @manolislioudakis has the Pop Sonality!  Who are you? Hello, I’m Manolis. I’m from the greek island, Crete. I live there and I’m the owner and chef of a restaurant.  What do you do? Photography is the way I have chosen to communicate with people around me. I can’t tell if I succeed on it or if I can inspire someone through my photos. I usually post my work on social media without any description, leaving them open to any interpretation. I try to give my photos an emotional sense so that the viewer can create their own story with them, without me having to guide them.  Influences and inspiration: The first photographer I was into and inspired me to pick up a camera on my own was Ren Hang. Later, enjoying the local photography group I learned many great photographers who shaped my artistic perspective. But since I’m just a person after all, I spend also a lot of time on social media and I love a lot of photographers that Wikipedia doesn’t write about.

🪁 @gracielasocorro has the Pop Sonality! Who are you?  “My work is an ongoing conversation with myself. It’s about exploring the many layers of my inner world—the thoughts, emotions, and experiences that make me who I am. Each piece is a way for me to process and reflect on those layers, sometimes consciously and sometimes through more intuitive or subconscious means. “ What do you do?  “I’m an artist working across mediums—clay, acrylics, wood, and photography—drawing inspiration from my emotions and surroundings. ☀️Fred Sansone @fred.analogue has the Pop Sonality!  Who are you? My name is Fred Sansone, I was born and raised in Naples, Italy. After spending some years living in Germany and London, UK, I moved to Amsterdam, The Netherlands, where I am currently based. What do you do? I am an analogue photographer. In the current digital era, taking photos exclusively on 35 mm film is my own personal rebellion to our fast-paced way of living, and a society that increasingly values quantity over quality. My works have been displayed in various international exhibitions in Italy, France, Spain, UK, USA, Brazil, UAE, as well as published in magazines and collective photography books. Influences and inspiration: I take photographs mostly while travelling to different countries around the world, visiting new places and discovering new cultures is my main source of inspiration. I am particularly attracted to the contrast between natural and artificial elements. I also like to capture street scenes, ...

John Kayacan shares with Pop Sonality his Tips for Aspiring Photographers!

Imagen
📸 @jkayacan @jkayacanphotography shares with Pop Sonality his Tips for Aspiring Photographers:  Shoot constantly, a day with new photos whether you like them or not is better than a day with no photos at all  Surround yourself with good quality work, the best way to subconsciously train your mind to get better is to immerse yourself with the photography that you admire most  Be content but hungry, you should take some pride in your work but never stop searching for more  Your camera must be an extension of you take it everywhere and when shooting, be prepared for every scenario, you never know what you’ll see  If you ever miss a shot don’t feel so bad good photographs are everywhere “If your photos aren’t good enough your not close enough”- Robert Capa, I tend to revisit this quote once in a while or when I feel uninspired  The internet is great and all but physical images remain supreme. Try to find and read as many photo books you can get your hand...
