✨ Who are you? My name is Cheree Lueck and I am a Colorado based mixed media painter & collage artist.
What do you do? I strive to create joy and beauty mixed with a bit of humor in my artworks. In my work I love to use materials that are considered to be crafty or elementary. Items such as glitter, acrylic paint scraps, Pom poms, string, feathers, paint color cards from the hardware store. I especially love googly eyes. Really, anything goes.
Influences and inspiration: I find inspiration & influence primarily in the beauty & absurdity of both nature and humanity. I have a husband, kids, a dog and a big flock of hens, that all offer me endless joy & absurdity every day. This keeps me inspired.
✨ ¿Quién eres? Mi nombre es Cheree Lueck y soy una pintora de técnica mixta, y artista de collage que vive en Colorado.
¿Qué haces? Me esfuerzo por crear alegría y belleza mezcladas con un poco de humor en mis obras de arte. En mi trabajo me encanta utilizar materiales que se consideran artesanales o elementales. Artículos como brillantina, restos de pintura acrílica, pompones, hilo, plumas, tarjetas de colores de pintura de la ferretería. Me encantan especialmente los ojos saltones. Realmente todo vale.
Influencias e inspiración: encuentro inspiración e influencia principalmente en la belleza y el absurdo tanto de la naturaleza como de la humanidad. Tengo marido, hijos, un perro y una gran bandada de gallinas, todos los cuales me ofrecen infinitas alegrías y absurdos todos los días. Esto me sigue inspirando.
