☀️ Pop Sonality: ¿Cómo te sientes cuando ves un gran hallazgo para una foto? ¿Qué sientes al ver lo que sabes que es un buen motivo para una fotografía? Nuestro nueva Pop Sonalidad en responder a esta pregunta es @mady_lykeridou: “Cuando me topo con un hallazgo fotográfico excepcional, como los momentos capturados en Sardeles y Sweat, siento una emoción silenciosa, casi subterránea: una mezcla de instinto y reconocimiento. El corazón me late un poco más rápido, y trato de contener la respiración, como si incluso el más mínimo movimiento pudiera alterar la magia de la escena. Se siente como una especie de amor repentino y fugaz. El tiempo se detiene; no pienso, solo siento. Las cosas pequeñas y cotidianas adquieren de pronto presencia, significado, poesía. Esto es la fotografía para mí: una pequeña revolución contra el olvido, una forma de iluminar aquello que la mayoría simplemente pasaría por alto”. 

☀️ Pop Sonality: How do you feel when you see a great find for a photo? How does it make you feel to see what you know is a good motif for a photograph? Our new Pop Sonality to answer this question is @mady_lykeridou: “When I come across an exceptional photographic find, like the moments captured in Sardeles and Sweat, I feel a quiet, almost subterranean emotion—a blend of instinct and recognition. My heart beats a little faster, and I try to hold my breath, as if even the slightest movement might disturb the magic of the scene. It feels like a sudden, fleeting kind of love. Time stops; I don’t think, I just feel. Small, everyday things suddenly gain presence, meaning, poetry. This is what photography is to me: a small revolution against oblivion, a way to cast light on what most people would simply pass by.”

 🎄 @manolislioudakis has the Pop Sonality!  Who are you? Hello, I’m Manolis. I’m from the greek island, Crete. I live there and I’m the owner and chef of a restaurant.  What do you do? Photography is the way I have chosen to communicate with people around me. I can’t tell if I succeed on it or if I can inspire someone through my photos. I usually post my work on social media without any description, leaving them open to any interpretation. I try to give my photos an emotional sense so that the viewer can create their own story with them, without me having to guide them.  Influences and inspiration: The first photographer I was into and inspired me to pick up a camera on my own was Ren Hang. Later, enjoying the local photography group I learned many great photographers who shaped my artistic perspective. But since I’m just a person after all, I spend also a lot of time on social media and I love a lot of photographers that Wikipedia doesn’t write about.
