✨ Who are you? My name is Marjolein Vink, most people know me as Mar, and I got the nickname Vogelvink from friends—it translates to Bird Finch in Dutch. I have a love for travel, exploring the world, and indulging in daydreams. ツ

What do you do? I’ve been drawing throughout my entire life, always keeping fineliners close. Lately, I’ve been immersed in ‘drawing with scissors,’ creating papercut collages. I combine (old) magazine cutouts &  pritt glue—it’s become a cherished artistic process. ✂️

Influences and inspiration: One of my favorite sources of inspiration is Polaroidscollageclub. The global unique interpretations feels like a sincere collage family. It’s truly inspiring to see the creative energy flowing.

For this collage I got inspired by : @_agazart_ the curator of @polaroidscollageclub & @stefanoquestorio_polaroid.new, whose polaroid work sparked my creativity. 

✨ ¿Quién eres? Mi nombre es Marjolein Vink, la mayoría de la gente me conoce como Mar y mis amigos me pusieron el apodo de Vogelvink (que se traduce como Bird Finch en holandés). Me encanta viajar, explorar el mundo y permitirme soñar despierto.ツ

¿Qué haces? He estado dibujando durante toda mi vida, siempre teniendo a mano los delineadores más finos. Últimamente he estado inmerso en el ‘dibujo con tijeras’, creando collages de recortes de papel. Combino recortes de revistas (antiguas) y pegamento Pritt; se ha convertido en un proceso artístico preciado. ✂️

Influencias e inspiración: Una de mis fuentes de inspiración favoritas es Polaroidscollageclub. Las interpretaciones globales únicas se sienten como un sincero collage familiar. Es realmente inspirador ver fluir la energía creativa.

How does it make you feel to see what you know is a good motif for a photograph?  Dimitra Kitsiou: I keep seeing “photos” and “frames” everywhere.  Frequently, I see the “frame” first and then the reality as if everything exists to end up in a photo.  Perversion? Maybe!
