👑 Who are you? I’m a painter and draftsman from Valencia, Spain.

What do you do? I usually do figurative artworks on paper that mix drawing techniques and acrylic painting.

Influences and inspiration: I really admire expressionist artists from 20th century. I pay a lot of attention to Egon Schiele way of drawing and the beautiful expressions in Lucian Freud’s portraits. 

🌟 ¿Quién eres? Soy pintor y dibujante de Valencia, España.

¿Qué haces? Suelo realizar obras figurativas sobre papel que mezclan técnicas de dibujo y pintura acrílica.

Influencias e inspiración: Admiro mucho a los artistas expresionistas del siglo XX. Presto mucha atención a la forma de dibujar de Egon Schiele y a las bellas expresiones de los retratos de Lucian Freud.

How does it make you feel to see what you know is a good motif for a photograph?  Ypatia Kornarou: Because of social media and the internet in general, photo viewing is a condition we have to deal with every day. In the “age of the image” the difficult thing is to discover qualitative “visual field” invested with an interesting narrative. When finally a photograph can and does contain the elements, the motif that will give it an interesting identity then the feeling is one of surprise and relief about the art of photography. How does it make you feel to see what you know is a good motif for a photograph?  Dimitra Kitsiou: I keep seeing “photos” and “frames” everywhere.  Frequently, I see the “frame” first and then the reality as if everything exists to end up in a photo.  Perversion? Maybe!
