⭐️ Who are you? My name is Marieke (@collagesdemarie) and I’m a digital collage artist, based in the Netherlands.


What do you do? In daily life I work as a career coach and I try to “collage” as much as possible. 


Inspiration and influences: my collages are mainly inspired by vintage photography, for example the 20’s, 40’s and 50’s. In addition, flowers, animals and music often play a major role. I get inspired by a lot of collage artists here on Instagram, so thanks to everyone here on this platform. 😀

¿Qué haces? En la vida diaria trabajo como coach de carrera, y trato de hacer collage tanto como sea posible.


Inspiración e influencias: mis collages se inspiran principalmente en la fotografía vintage, por ejemplo, los años 20, 40 y 50. How does it make you feel to see what you know is a good motif for a photograph?  Ypatia Kornarou: Because of social media and the internet in general, photo viewing is a condition we have to deal with every day. In the “age of the image” the difficult thing is to discover qualitative “visual field” invested with an interesting narrative. When finally a photograph can and does contain the elements, the motif that will give it an interesting identity then the feeling is one of surprise and relief about the art of photography. How does it make you feel to see what you know is a good motif for a photograph?  Dimitra Kitsiou: I keep seeing “photos” and “frames” everywhere.  Frequently, I see the “frame” first and then the reality as if everything exists to end up in a photo.  Perversion? Maybe!
